Fudge Point is approximately halfway
between 122 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds
(122°50'00") and (122°52'30")
122 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds.
One-half of 2'30" is 1'15"
Add 1'15" to 122°50'00" = 122°51'15"
Answer: 122°51'15"
Latitude
Fudge Point is approximately 1/3 of the way
below the 47°15' or 2/3rd of the way above
47°12'30".
First, convert 2'30" into seconds which is 150"

One-third of 150" = 50"
Add 50" to 47°12'30" = 47°12'80"
Subtract 60" from 80" (There are 60" in a minute)
Add the 60" or 1' to 12"
Answer: 47°13'20"
