Metadata (Data about data or how the map was made)

Occurs in the Olympic Mountains in Washington where rock slides or loose boulder piles are found next to moist meadows or other lush herbaceous vegetation above treeline. Sometimes occurs in similar conditions below climatic tree line in the subalpine.

Core in Alpine/Parkland, peripheral in Mountain Hemlock and Subalpine Fir zones. Good habitats were non-forested types and hardwood forest.
